Our Spaces
Found on the Regents canal between Haggerston and Hoxton, the building comprises two warehouse spaces: the atrium and the boat space, a yard, a green room, deck space on the water, a photo studio with an infinity cove, a rooftop and multitude of breakout spaces.

The Boat Space is a spectacular warehouse-style space with a gate on Haggerston Road, as well as a waterside door opening on to Regents Canal.

The Atrium is an expansive warehouse-style space, with an additional adjacent room that overlooks the docks on Regents Canal.
It also has direct access to our courtyard and large gated entrance.

Hoxton Docks has 4 breakout spaces linked to the our main rooms (The Atrium and The Boat Space) including a studio equipped with an infinity cove and a sound proofed space. Follow the link to find out more...
